Just wanted to check in for the start of year 48.
Checked in with my garmin to see how I did for the last year and it was pretty good.
Avg weight for 47 - 196.5 lbs. down from 197.4 and 201.1 the previous 2 years.
Active minutes - 245 avg. per week w/ 81 vig. up from 192/95 and 132/72 the previous 2.
Sleep - 7h24 min. up from 7h21m and 7h17m the previous 2.
Feel like I have the most muscle I have probably ever had. Have a little knee pain and shoulder pain and some jaw pain as well. Those are just kind of nagging right now though, nothing debilitating.
Still doing my normal routine, added push-ups this year and am up to 34. Try to do every morning, but if I miss one or two I give my self some grace. Pickleball 2-4 times a week, running and weight lifting in the mean time.
Lost my Mom last year. Working on getting the house ready to sell.
Went to 2 OU games - one in Detroit for the MAC championship and the second one in Ohio Stadium in Columbus.
